2) What is your secular identity, how did you come to it, and how will it will remain a part of your life?

3) Why is the work of the SSA important to you?

4) What kind of secular activism have you participated in previously (inside or outside of school settings)?

Describe your involvement in this activism in detail. This should not be a list, but specifics and stories about your activist work. If this activism was part of a group effort, describe what your level of involvement was to make it happen.

5) What activism plans do you have for this academic year? Please provide a specific timeline.

6) Have you been involved (or plan to be involved) in any kind of intersectional activism?

Describe your involvement in this activism in detail. This should not be a list, but specifics and stories about your activist work. If this activism was part of a group effort, describe what your level of involvement was to make it happen.

"Intersectional activism" means that you have used your secular identity and values to help promote causes that aren't centered on secularism themselves, such as racial justice, feminism, interfaith, environmentalism, and other topics.

7) What are your goals relating to the Secular Student Alliance's Mission and Vision for a more secular and humanistic future?

8) How will this scholarship help you reach your goals?
